Delete your Cutelah account

You can delete your account in the app or by emailing us from your registered contact.

In the app

1. Open Cutelah and sign in
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Choose Account → Delete account
4. Confirm with your password or OTP

Without the app

1. Email [email protected] from your registered email, or
2. Email us with your registered phone number and full name
3. We verify ownership and delete within 30 days unless law requires retention
