1. Acceptance
By using Cutelah you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Cutelah provides pet record tools, reminders and optional partner marketplace features. We may change features with notice where reasonable.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it to provide the service, including verified QR pages you enable.
5. Verification
We may refuse or revoke verification if documents are incomplete, fraudulent or misleading. Verification is not a guarantee to third parties.
6. Partners
Transactions with partners are between you and the partner subject to their terms and applicable law.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cutelah is not liable for indirect losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have jurisdiction.
